Happy Friday everyone! Welcome to this weeks Friday Favorites where I share some things I've been loving this week!
1. These free botanical art prints from Poppytalk are so gorgeous and are a great way to bring some color into a room. I originally saw this in one of Studio McGee's photos and they were gorgeous in her clients house. (I can't seem to find this image but if I find it I will add it later) . You can either print them on your printer or you could always have them printed at place like Walgreens or CVS.
2.I have a fascination with pretty coasters and I love the combination of blue and white, so naturally these DIY coasters on the lovely drawer's blog stole my heart this week.
3. I love coffee table design books and have slowly been growing my collection. I recently just got the Design Sponge at Home and have been loving it. It offers so many DIY projects in the back of the book that I definitely will be trying out. When it comes to purchasing coffee table books or any books for that matter, I like to buy mine from half.com. From half.com you can buy the books either brand new or used, and often times it is a lot more affordable than buying them directly from a book store.
4. Our newest house plant which is a plants of steel that you can buy from Home Depot or Lowes. These have little to no maintenance and apparently never die which makes for a great house plant in my opinion!
5. I have been looking for a unique light fixture for our front hallway and when I came across this glass star light pendant while I was at Pottery Barn I knew this is exactly the kind of look I had in mind. It's currently on sale, but it's still pretty expensive. I'm hoping I can find something similar but at a lower cost!
